Wallace Family Funeral home is one of the most compassionate and professional funeral homes that I have encountered in years. My husband passed away unexpectedly before Christmas and they worked diligently to assist us in giving him a beautiful service. The aftercare we have received has been remarkable. I recommend WFFH for all of your prefuneral, and funeral needs. I will also add that they are not just concerned about burials, they are very active and supportive in the community. Wallace Family Funeral home was easy to work with, very accommodating, and so thoughtful & caring. My husband's service was beautiful, the funeral home worked w/the my husband's Navy unit & the Ohio State Highway Patrol honor guard, who were involved in my husband's service…I have had so many people tell me how the service was exceptional… I would recommend them hands down over others that our family has used in the past.

Beth Wallace and her staff provided excellent service to my family for my father, Glenn Adkins funeral. We were very concerned about how my father would look during services because we knew that he’d become very bloated at the time of his death and was unrecognizable. Beth and her team did an excellent job of making my father look like the man that we knew and loved. We were scared that we wouldn’t be able to have an open casket during his service but because of the excellent quality of work that Wallace Funeral Home did. We were able to keep his casket open the entire time. Death and burial arrangements are very tough to deal with but Wallace Funeral Home made it very simple and seamless for our family. In fact, none of us had a single complaint and had nothing but compliments on how well Wallace Funeral Home did for my father’s funeral. I would HIGHLY recommend Wallace Funeral Home if you’re unsure of where you’d like to send your loved one to. Unfortunately, death is a part of the life cycle and I will be using Wallace Funeral Home in the future. Thanks to Beth Wallace, Angela Linthicum and the entire Wallace Funeral Home staff! You all were superb and you definitely set the standard.

I want to express my sincere appreciation to the Wallace Family Funeral Home upon the recent passing of my Mom. During this most heart breaking time for our family, Beth and her staff took great care of our family including following-up to see if I needed additional support with after care--world class support because she understands the grieving process is complex for loved ones. I know Beth and her staff go above and beyond as evidenced by her answering my calls after hours trying to locate a place for our family to gather after the funeral. She gave me suggestions and put me in contact with a wonderful caterer making sure every unique request that I asked was met with compassion and timeliness. This example in addition to the outstanding service for Mom was family focused, heartfelt, and was greatly appreciated. Based on my experience, Wallace Family Funeral Home is family focused and they treat families with a level of dignity at a delicate time that is unheralded. I recently had the occasion to use the services of Wallace Family Funeral Hone due to the death of my mother. I truly cannot say enough about the service and care we were provided. This began as early as the preplanning with such care and insight to help me through such a difficult process. When the unfortunate time came, late on a rainy night, their care truly began to shine. They promptly arrived to assume care of our loved one and could not have been kinder to the family gathered there. We met with Amie and Beth who were so kind and helpful in dealing with all aspects of the final arrangements. When we couldn’t find a phone number they promptly searched and found who we were looking for, truly was very appreciated. The care they took in preparing our loved one clearly showed on the day of the funeral, she looked beautiful. The service was so nice, they made sure we were well taken care of. They have kept in contact to help me as I might need, now nearly a month later. Truly a first class service for our time of such sadness. I will always be thankful for their care. Beth, Amie, Sarah, and the rest of your wonderful staff are truly appreciated.

When our father passed away recently, we quickly realized that with all the siblings out of town, the funeral planning would be tough. Enter Wallace Family ... they were so amazing to work with and quickly adjusted for us so we could work through the details remotely. When you're grieving, the last thing you need is the burden of all the details and Vickie, Beth & Amy made it as stress-free and buttoned-up as it could possibly be. The attention to detail and caring that they showed were so appreciated - they went above and beyond. While it is difficult losing dad, it feels like I've gained some new friends. Can't thank them enough.

I had heard such positive comments about Wallace Family when my father passed away in 2019 that I decided to entrust them with the arrangements. I was more than satisfied and was amazed at how they helped make such a difficult time a little more tolerable. When my mom passed in Oct. of this year, I didn't hesitate and called Wallace Family immediately. They were with me every step of the way and became like family to me. They helped arrange the perfect "send off" for both of my parents and they were exceptional. I highly recommend them and feel blessed that they were there for me.

Wallace Family Funeral Home were in charge of my father's funeral. They were so compassionate, and made things a much easier process. During these times you are unable to focus, and often forget things that might need to be done. They were there helping us with arrangements every step of the way, and always able to answer questions. I would highly recommend entrusting them with your love one. They truly were a blessing in our time of need, and took wonderful care of laying my father to rest.
